• We send you a secure link to post a sample of your file
• We run a free test of services on the sample of your data
• We return the file with results using the secure link
• If you like the results, you decide how often you would like to send us data
• There is no cost for not sending us data
• There is no cost if we do not find any deceased people in your data
• Your contract will only be for the cost of results returned
